Bartholomews Arts Trust is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation advancing education in, and appreciation of, the visual arts for the public benefit in Brighton and Hove, by providing affordable, cost-effective studio space, facilities, resources and mentoring support to developing, emerging and underrepresented artists, and by promoting equality and diversity through advancing education, raising awareness, eliminating discrimination and fostering understanding between people from diverse backgrounds, including through workshops, Open Studio Learning Days and community arts projects that increase public participation in the visual arts.
